OBJECTIVE

  • Ensuring that action taken towards all public complaints submitted to the related department is soon as possible, creating a good relationship between the Council and the community as the customer and forming a corporate image in line with the Town itself as a fast-growing area.

FUNCTION & ROLE

  • Receiving, recording and channeling the public complaint received from the client to the respective department.
  • Managing the printing material such as signboard, banner and bunting in conjunction with the Festival, Celebration Day and Council’s Official Ceremony.
  • Managing and coordinating the official events fpr State Government and Federal Government which require the Council’s involvement.
  • Managing the Council’s Bulletin publishing.
  • Acting as a secretariat for the press media and electronic media on behalf of Yang Dipertua in relation to the press conference and program dissemination.
